We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our website and SaaS platform . This is a hands-on role where approximately 70–80% of your time will be spent developing and maintaining test automation , with the remaining time dedicated to manual testing. This position also includes an exciting opportunity to integrate AI agents into the automation framework — helping us scale testing, improve coverage, and accelerate release cycles. Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of our website and SaaS platform. Leverage AI-powered agents or tools to enhance and optimize test automation, including self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation, and anomaly detection.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements.
* Perform manual testing for complex use cases, exploratory scenarios, and edge cases not easily automated.
* Monitor and analyze test results, triage failures, and track defects with detailed reporting.
* Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure test automation is integrated into the development workflow.
* Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, or AI-based solutions to improve QA efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain automation frameworks for the R&D products
Design, automate and implement test cases for a variety of products, using the latest technologies on the market
Develop and apply integrated testing processes for new and existing products, using the latest tools and technology
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Use different testing techniques and test-driven development strategies
Work hand-in-hand with manual QA to learn about the system and find ways to improve the automation flows
Creating testing tools to improve our QA capabilities
Build load and performance testing frameworks
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Challenge our methodologies and tools and strive to continuously improve
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues
Experience with working and configure monitoring tools such as DataDog Grafana Etc.

We are looking for a highly technical individual to join our Cortex XDR Agent team as a Senior QA Automation Engineer. The team builds the foundation of the Cortex XDR agent, from security modules to server communication and task management.
As our Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for product quality, test design, and planning. You will develop automation tests and the required infrastructure, focusing on Windows and macOS environments. This includes deployment, execution, and validation across multiple system configurations. You will work closely with the development team to investigate and resolve issues discovered during testing.
The role is deeply hands-on, requiring a strong understanding of the product, operating systems, and automation frameworks. You should have the ability to streamline processes, enhance test coverage, and improve efficiency through automation using Python.
Your Impact
Design and execute E2E tests in a cross-platform environment: Windows, MacOS
Test new features, focusing on deep internal aspects of the feature and its integration with the OS
Learn new features, technologies and platforms in a relatively short amount of time
Reproduce and analyze bugs, that either came from the field or have been found during the testing cycle
Run QA cycles on a tight release schedule
Work closely with developers, product managers and other QA teams - being involved during the entire release cycle from planning through execution and final delivery

As an Automation Engineer, youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions for Evinced products. Youll work with a range of automation frameworksprimarily Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), but also Cypress, Selenium, TestCafe, and others as needed. Youll create and maintain cloud-based automation environments, build new projects from scratch, and help shape our automation strategy. Your Impact:
Design, develop, and maintain automated E2E, regression, and integration testsmainly with Playwright (JS/TS).
Expand and support test coverage using additional frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, TestCafe, etc.).
Build automation projects and frameworks from scratch.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI) for automated testing on Windows and MacOS.
Mentor and guide remote junior automation engineers.
Investigate test failures and debug issues.
Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Stay up to date and adopt new test automation technologies and best practices.

This position will be based in our Tel Aviv office, located 5- minute' walk from Hashalom train station. We also have our own parking lot. We work in a hybrid mode, with flexible working hours.

Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Validate test coverage, yield, and reliability through statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, SPC).
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with test readiness and execution.
Lead test process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) or ODM partners.
Train CM engineers/technicians on test systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production test yields, debug failures, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to reduce test time, cost, and false failures.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures.
Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) by updating test plans and equipment accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with hardware, firmware, and reliability engineers to improve product testability and robustness.
Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure smooth scaling into mass production.
Engage with suppliers and CM partners on test strategy alignment.

Test our Cortex Platform from System perspective including all services:
Developing, executing and analyzing infrastructure-related (DevOps and IT deliveries, License management, etc.) System E2E user flows.
Deciding and prioritizing tests to run in System environment, manually and/or automated, thus being on top of all new functionalities/integrations that are introduced in each release.
Analyzing, debugging, reporting and following up on failures and discovered issues
Working closely with automation teams, managing the defined tasks - from requirements to implementation and execution.
