Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, databases, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Create, optimize, and enhance data visualizations and models to facilitate clear and effective decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
Identify anomalies and propose solutions to drive the continuous improvement of our products and business processes.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and privacy of all data managed and processed.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a software developer, demonstrating proficiency in high-level programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Swift, Python, or similar).
3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and contemporary data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely to varied audiences.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
