As a Compliance Specialist you will:
Implement compliance ongoing controls (sampling cases, handling daily reports, investigate unusual users activity, monitoring third parties activity etc.)
Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to achieve departments objectives.
Interact on a day-to-day basis with the Company departments (Customer experience, growth, operations, finance, sales etc.) to ensure the implementation of compliance controls in the company and independently escalating & resolving compliance issues as they arise.
Assist in building controls and procedures for new markets and new products with the company Compliance officer
Responsible for managing communication with third parties (clients and vendors involved in the companys global operations), conducting research into various areas of activity, and exploring potential partnerships with diverse clients.
Analyze customers data and case learnings to continuously improve the effectiveness of compliance and risk management programs.

our companys Finance team is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our global organization.
In this role, youll collaborate with international banks and asset managers overseeing our companys fixed income portfolio. Youll take ownership of global liquidity management, foreign exchange hedging strategies, share repurchase activities, and corporate insurance programs.
This position offers high exposure, including frequent interaction with senior management and global finance functions, while reporting directly to the Corporate Treasurer.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and driven FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This is a pivotal role in shaping our financial infrastructure, planning, and strategic decision-making.
You will own core FP&A processes including company-wide budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, and strategic financial analysis. Initially, youll lead these functions independently and work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Legal, Procurement, and HR. As the company scales, you'll be expected to grow into a leadership position and build out the FP&A team.
What Youll Do:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization

Responsibilities:
Help enhance the companys Operational Risk Framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in business units to perform operational risk management processes, e.g., document Important Business Services, conduct operational resilience reviews, investigate operational processes and procedures, perform risk and control assessments.
Maintain risk registers and implement key risk indicators to monitor operational risks.
Help strengthen the companys risk management programs (e.g., incident management, outsourcing).
