Required Vice President Product Design
The Vice President of Product Design will lead our product design group, shaping the long-term user experience vision, building world-class teams, and positioning design as a key driver of business growth and competitive advantage. This role owns the end-to-end design experience across all product platforms.
Key deliverables include elevating design as a strategic growth driver, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement, driving adoption through intuitive and innovative design solutions, scaling design systems for consistency and efficiency, mentoring and growing the product design team, optimizing processes, setting UX goals, and championing user needs at the leadership level.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and develop a top-performing product design team that is user-focused and strategically driven.

Craft & Execution:
Lead end-to-end design execution, ensuring excellence in visual design, interaction, and usability

Integrate user research and behavioral insights into the design process to inform decision-making and drive user-centered solutions.
Promote design systems and scalable frameworks that enable consistency, efficiency, and innovation at scale.
Strategic Vision and Planning:
Define and implement a long-term design vision and scalable roadmap that align with business goals and user needs.
Lead strategic design initiatives, balancing short-term impact with long-term growth.
Performance Metrics and Analysis:
Establish, monitor, and report on key design performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of design on product success.
Use data-driven insights, research, and experimentation to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional and Global Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create seamless and innovative user experiences.
Collaborate with leadership across departments to integrate design thinking into company-wide initiatives.

A leading and established Start up, based in Tel Aviv in the domain of data security is hiring for a Director of Product Management, to join our Product Management team In this leadership role, you will own our Security offering end-to-end from defining the vision to driving successful execution. What youll do: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our security offering. Collaborate with customers, senior leadership, engineering, marketing, and customer success to shape an innovative, market-leading solution. Evangelize the security product offering both internally and externally. Support sales initiatives and represent the product in customer engagements and strategic conversations. Lead cross-functional execution by clearly communicating priorities to engineering, ensuring alignment around features, improvements, and customer-driven requirements. Engage closely with design partners and early adopters to validate market fit and ensure adoption. Assist in resolving customer escalations, partnering with support, sales, and success teams as needed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and part of Fayes management team. Youll lead a team of product managers, define our product vision and strategy, and drive execution across a range of B2C and B2B2C productsfrom traveler-facing apps to partner distribution platforms. You will shape how millions of travelers experience protection, peace of mind, and proactive service.

What Youll Do:
Own the product strategy, roadmap and execution across Fayes diverse product portfolio:
E-commerce website & conversion-optimized onboarding.
Mobile app for travelers (chat, trip info, travel solutions, claims).
Faye Wallet for real-time travel reimbursements and future fintech capabilities.
Flight issue prediction and travel intelligence tools.
Distribution platforms for travel agencies and API integrations.
Internal systems including policy administration, claim management, and AI infrastructure.
Build and scale a world-class Product team - recruit, coach, and develop PMs and other stakeholders.
Work with Engineering and R&D management to ensure quality and throughout.
Champion a culture of experimentation, speed, collaboration and clarity across teams.
Work closely with design, data, finance, operations, sales, and growth teams to launch high-impact features and iterate fast.
Drive scale through AI, data and automation.
Work on integrations with out-of-box tools, including CRM, ERP, reconciliation, fraud detection, and others.
