What Youll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech, product, and security roles, from sourcing strategy to hire, while driving company-wide talent acquisition initiatives.
Own global recruitment domain, using data and analytics to measure performance, track market trends, and present insights to leadership for better decision-making.
Serve as a strategic HRBP to R&D and product departments in the AppSec domain, shaping structure, capabilities, performance, and engagement.
Partner on workforce planning, change management, and leadership development.
Leverage AI tools and HR analytics to create strategic insights and optimize processes.
Coach and support managers and employees with empathy, clarity, and understanding of business.
Requirements:
7+ years in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech/startup environments.
Experience in HRBP activities, including onboarding, engagement, organizational support, and strategic coaching for managers.
Advanced experience with AI tools for sourcing, screening, talent insights, and process optimization.
Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and geographies.
Strong business orientation with a people-first mindset.
Agile, curious, and innovative quick to adapt and challenge assumptions.
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities.
Fluent in English.
