Were seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Dynamic Yield team and help define the future of customer experience. In this role, you will own and drive our Discovery Products, including product recommendation algorithms, agentic retrieval engines, and semantic and visual search capabilities. All About the Role

As a Product Manager, You Will:
Bring experience delivering products in SaaS startups or enterprise environments
Have a strong background in data and analytics, with a proven ability to turn insights into product decisions
Have hands-on experience delivering machine learning (ML) and large language model (LLM)-based products in collaboration with data science teams
Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
Identify key opportunities and define clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, BI, and Product Marketing to ensure product success across the board
Work closely with engineering to guide technical direction, implementation decisions, and delivery timelines
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and strategic clients to successfully launch new products and features

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for Business Intelligence (BI), Social Listening, and Marketing Intelligence products within us. Youll work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to build solutions that provide customers with deep insights into their social media performance, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Responsibilities
