Responsibilities
Design and implement cutting-edge frontend architecture using TypeScript and React within drag-and-drop builder framework
Architect innovative builder features that preserve and elevate intuitive user experience
Lead Core Web Vitals optimization initiatives for -built pages and the builder interface
Define robust coding standards and architectural patterns for high-performance drag-and-drop components
Create and maintain technical documentation for frontend systems and processes
Cultivate development excellence by mentoring junior developers, conducting rigorous code reviews, and championing a testing-driven culture
Bridge design and development by collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to create responsive, accessible components
Lead technical decision-making for builder enhancements and new features
Maximize performance optimization, focusing on editor responsiveness and generated page performance

We are looking for a motivated Frontend Developer Student to join our Web Core team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in developing a modern web application while collaborating with a multi-skilled team on a complex system. We are looking for a Program Manager to support the Program Management group in daily operational tasks, with a primary focus on Jira administration and monitoring agile workflows. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Jira, a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and the ability to analyze and interpret project workflows. Please note: This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, expected to last approximately 6 months. What youll do: Jira basic management: Create and manage dashboards, filters, and boards based on team and initiative needs. Maintain and update workflows, issue types, and custom fields when needed. Ensure proper project configurations.
Reporting and Monitoring: Extract and format Jira reports for program management and stakeholder reviews. Generate insights on sprint health, burndown trends, and velocity tracking. Identify and monitor issues crossing multiple epics, teams, or initiatives. Track overdue items, and priority changes, and escalate when necessary.
Sprint and Workflow Oversight: Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning preparation by providing data insights. Ensure alignment between Jira configuration and actual team practices.
