Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of QA engineers focused on testing web-based security applications and network protection products.
Define and implement QA strategies tailored to web-based platforms and network security domains.
Establish and maintain effective QA processes, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
Define and enforce quality standards and best practices for software testing and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with R&D, Product, Project, and DevOps teams to ensure security features are thoroughly tested and meet industry standards.
Drive the adoption of automation frameworks for API, UI, and network-level testing.
Monitor and report on quality metrics, vulnerabilities, and test coverage.
Mentor team members in security testing methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay current with emerging methodologies, technologies, and testing tools relevant to web and network security.
Implement the use of AI technologies and solutions in yours and your teams work.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in software QA, with a focus on web applications and/or network security.
2+ years in a QA leadership role, managing teams and driving quality initiatives.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP/S, REST APIs, JavaScript) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS).
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
Experience with security testing tools and automation frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Selenium, Postman, Terraform testing frameworks).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
Solid understanding of Identity Provider (IdP) integrations, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Experience validating Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, incident handling, and compliance workflows.
