We seek a Director of Data to join us and lead our data group.
As our Director of Data, you will be a key member of our R&D leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a data strategy that aligns with our business goals, overseeing data management, analytics, and validation, and ensuring data integrity at every stage of product development and production.

You will work on automating claims payouts and enhancing other aspects of rating, claims, and customer experience (e.g. insight to improve fleet safety). This role involves continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and an iterative approach to productizing our learnings.
