Your Impact and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a group of mobile team leaders and engineers responsible for all Evinced mobile products, including mentoring, training, and task assignments.
Lead the architecture, design, and technology choices to ensure best-in-class mobile products for iOS, Android, and cross-platform solutions. This requires advanced knowledge of in-app SDKs, mobile automation testing SDKs, and mobile apps.
Recruit, build, and develop the mobile engineering team, coaching and mentoring team leaders and engineers and cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Closely collaborate with Product Management, Research, Development, and Support teams of customers and partners using our products locally and globally.
Oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment across multiple mobile platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications using Flutter. The iOS Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our mobile iOS app mostly based on top of swift development stack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching, mentorship and as well as hands-on coding (about 60%).
