Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing key features and improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business impact.
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and product innovations in the fintech space.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of both new product development and existing product maintenance, ensuring the ongoing success and optimization of current offerings while innovating for the future.
Manage product roadmaps, balancing efforts between delivering new features and functionality for existing products, as well as launching new products from ideation to execution.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure that both new and existing products are developed and maintained with a focus on high quality, scalability, and performance.
Drive the development of transformative technological changes to enhance existing products, ensuring that products remain competitive, cutting-edge, and meet customer needs.
Conduct user research and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue, retention) to assess product performance and guide product enhancements.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
Act as a key liaison between engineering and business teams, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.

About the role:
As part of the product management team, you will be responsible for one or several products end-to-end including their design, development. You will contribute to the go-to-market, implementation, and support models. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers in the Tel Aviv office - as well as with outbound product management, sales, marketing, customer success, regulatory affairs, business development and other cross-functional teams abroad. You will get in front of prospects and customers (both clinical and administrative users) and establish relationships that will be fundamental in making sure we make an impact on how care is provided. You will:
Serve as an inbound product manager, contributing to the definition of a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the companys overall strategy and business objectives
Proactively support user research, discover unmet customer needs and translate those insights into innovative product features and functionalities
Manage the development process from ideation to launch and beyond.
Work closely with Engineering, Data, Design,Outbound Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful development, launch, and ongoing optimization of products.
Work closely with engineering in an Agile methodology mindset.
