What Youll Do :
Design, develop, and enhance service systems to deliver high-quality user experiences and scalable products.
Solve complex architectural and engineering challenges with creative and effective solutions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and product managers, while contributing to a culture of support, ownership, and excellence.
Actively participate in technical discussions, propose ideas, and help shape the technical direction of the team.
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across all layers of the stackfrom frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code as a core part of your development workflow.
Own the full software development lifecycle: from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of our Customer Platforms, ensuring high-quality products and services.
Solve complex architectural problems, utilizing your deep understanding of system architecture.

Maintain our system architecture, ensuring smooth operation and quality user experience.
Be an advocate for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in both frontend and backend development.
Proficiency with React (React Native experience is a plus).
Experience building backend services using Node.js, Kotlin, or Java.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerized environments using Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS.
Experience working in high-scale, production-grade environments.
Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional team.
Prior experience in fintechespecially in payment processing or financial servicesis a strong advantage.
