We are launching new team that will be responsible to define and architect our next generation communication platform.
We are seeking for a Senior Software Architect in this field is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions for wireless networking devices, such as routers and access points. They work on integrating and enhancing Linux-based systems, particularly using OpenWRT, to ensure robust, scalable, and secure network performance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
3-5 years of experience of Architecture Design: Develop and maintain high-level architecture for Wi-Fi and networking solutions, ensuring scalability and performance
Firmware Development: Create and optimize firmware using OpenWRT, focusing on features like network management, security protocols, and performance enhancements
System Integration: Integrate various software components and ensure seamless operation within Linux-based environments
Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve system performance, including throughput, latency, and reliability
Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect network integrity and user data
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and other software developers
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and shell scripting. Deep knowledge of Linux kernel and networking stack
Experience: Extensive experience with OpenWRT and other embedded Linux distributions. Familiarity with Wi-Fi standards and protocols
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex networking issues
Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members
Innovation: Ability to innovate and stay updated with the latest advancements in wireless technology and open-source software
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, well organized & good team player
Preferred Background:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Professional Experience: Several years of experience in embedded systems, networking, and software architecture, particularly with OpenWRT
