We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst to join our Product team, acting as a crucial link between business requirements and technical execution. This role involves translating product and business needs into clear, structured documentation for R&D, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic, API-driven environment
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate high-level business requirements into detailed, actionable documentation for R&D teams.
Analyze and interpret API documentation from third-party vendors and translate capabilities into system behaviors.
Serve as a bridge between Product Managers, Development, and QA teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Identify gaps in functionality and recommend scalable, product-aligned solutions.
Participate in roadmap discussions and contribute a system-level perspective on feasibility and integration.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in System or Business Analysis, preferably in a tech or API-centric environment.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering - advantage
Proven ability to analyze and model business processes and technical workflows
Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and functional specifications
Familiarity with the online payments or fintech industry a strong advantage
Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a structured approach
Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
