Required Deep Learning Team Leader - L2 Group

As a Deep Learning Team Leader - L2 Group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms that support our vision-based projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex computer vision challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize neural network architectures for speed, accuracy, and robustness, and stay up-to-date with the latest research in the field to bring new ideas and techniques to the team. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the team's skills and capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in deep learning, machine learning, and programming, with a proven track record of developing and deploying successful deep learning models.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms for computer vision applications in the automotive industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex computer vision challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
Analyze and optimize neural network and SOC architectures for speed, accuracy, and robustness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research in the field and bring new ideas and techniques to the team.
Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of the team's skills and capabilities.
Work with co-architect on creating new NN from scratch and leading the team technologically.
Requirements: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience with deep learning and computer vision, including hands-on experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Strong knowledge of computer vision techniques including object detection, segmentation, and feature extraction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience managing teams, driving execution, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience in ML-Ops, including model training pipelines, dataset management, automated deployments, and performance monitoring.
A track record of delivering high-quality deep learning solutions and publishing research in top-tier conferences and journals.
