As an Mobile Product Enablement Manager (PEM) on the Professional Services group in our Tel-Aviv Office, youll work closely with our Engineering and Product teams, act as a knowledge hub and actively deliver exceptional new products to our global Professional Services group and customers.

As a Mobile Product Enablement Manager, youll bring value by:
Play a pivotal role in the product lifecycle and its roadmap.
Work closely with our Engineering and Product teams on enabling new features for scale.
Take end-to-end ownership of new products and features.
From the support perspective, this includes training, creating/updating knowledge base articles, and other internal communication.
From the product perspective, it includes implementation, integration, documentation, scaling, and effectively communicating to all stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, product management, UX design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap to deliver upon these features and experiences.
Constantly make ruthless roadmap prioritization decisions. Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing between customer and business needs vs. technical constraints.

This role goes way beyond pixels. Were looking for someone whos curious, thoughtful, and passionate about solving real user problems, someone who sees design as a way to deeply understand users and craft meaningful, elegant solutions.

As part of your role, youll work on External Exposure Management platform used by security and IT teams at leading global enterprises. Youll own the end-to-end design process, from user research and journey mapping to interaction design and prototyping. Youll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to turn user pain into clear, impactful experiences.

Reporting to the VP of Product, this role is a great fit for product designers who want to go beyond day-to-day design work and actively shape the direction of the product, not just the UI.
