As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for Business Intelligence (BI), Social Listening, and Marketing Intelligence products within us. Youll work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to build solutions that provide customers with deep insights into their social media performance, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps in BI, social listening, and marketing intelligence.
Engage with customers to understand how they leverage data for decision-making and uncover new opportunities.
Define and own the roadmap for BI, analytics, and social listening products, prioritizing features and enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data teams to develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new data-driven capabilities.
Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
Train internal teams on new intelligence features and their business value.
Define success metrics (KPIs) to track product adoption and customer impact.
Continuously analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on improvements.
Align with executives and cross-functional teams on strategy and product direction.
Communicate progress, insights, and key decisions with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a senior Product Manager to lead our service management products, where the service is at the center of observabilitytriaging and correlating metrics, logs, and traces while adding SLO monitoring and CD-based insights for a clear view of the service health. Youll define the vision and drive roadmap execution to build innovative features, support go-to-market efforts and feature releases, empower customers with faster troubleshooting, consistent quality standards, and data-driven decisions that enhance application performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

What will your job look like?
Act as a technical product owner, for productizing and driving our company's AV features to meet performance and quality goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D , Product and Business Development) and external partners to define the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our company's strategy and timelines.
Own the process of requirements elicitation to capture stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable product specifications.
Define and monitor data-driven performance KPIs to ensure product excellence.
Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation for internal and external use.
Support Business Development during pre-sale processes and customer onboarding.
Partner with leading car manufacturers, including conducting workshops, test drives, and product tuning to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
Champion cross-functional collaboration, managing initiatives in a matrix environment to ensure successful execution.
