We are looking for a new senior member of our product management team to lead the development and execution of the B2B product strategy. We are not only empowers people to travel from A to B with a breeze but also provides companies with a toolkit to customise the ground transportation solution to their needs and deliver the service to their employees with high satisfaction while keeping crippling costs under control. You will be a key player defining how to achieve this and increase the product-market fit for more segments.

In this role, you will be leading cross-functional team consisting of engineering, design, analysts, and sales to ensure that the development process runs smoothly, our product is being adopted by the admins and bookers and delivers value.
Responsibilities:
Generate customer insights through quantitative and qualitative research to guide product vision and roadmap creation
Lead products and features throughout their life cycle from the idea stage to product requirements to execution and adoption
Work closely with Analysts, UX Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to build high-quality products and bring them to the market
Track product performance and iterate until business needs are met and customer satisfaction is reached
Collaborate with other Product Managers in order to enhance your products through synergy with Mobile, Algo and ML solutions
Navigate in a fast-paced, fluid environment where product development and business requirements can often take new turns.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Proven track of delivering high-impact ($$$ or number of customers) initiatives backed by data and interviews
Led presentations to executives and large groups of people; rallied stakeholders into a joint effort driving decisions yet resolving the conflicts in the respectful and professional manner
Well-versed in the discovery techniques to prove or disprove the hypotheses about real customer problems
Ideates and prioritises the initiatives within the main agendas
Detail-oriented to ensure the product design solves the problem and is made as simple as possible (but no simpler)
Designs compelling customer journeys with a strong understanding of user background and experience
Collaborates with multiple stakeholders such as developers, designers, sales, marketing, ops, etc. to shape the initiatives and get their buy-in and full engagement
Data-driven, with a good understanding of how to define and track success, and how to optimise leaky funnels
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to communicate the why vision, objectives, problem, customer pain and a solution
SQL proficiency and experience working in B2B would be a strong plus
Education in computer science / Industrial Engineering / Product Design or similar prior experience as a Software Engineer, Analyst or Startup Founder would be a plus.
