Provide comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, reporting appropriate data points, and raising flags as needed
Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with applicable GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
Assist in the monthly and quarterly closing process, including preparing working papers, calculating accruals, tax calculations, preparing reporting packages, and performing analytical procedures. Comply with the company's closing schedule
Oversee and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
Supervise and support the outsource accounting team regularly
Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of the company's assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
Report and resolve discrepancies in the company's financial records
Help manager to identify profit improvement opportunities and cost savings
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting from a university or a leading college - essential
CPA with 1-3 years of experience
Excellent English (writing and speaking) - essential
Background from one of the BIG 4 - essential
Knowledgeable in SAP - advantage
Dedicated, independent, responsible, and able to manage several activities simultaneously
Strong communication and service orientation skills
Full-time scope - overtime as needed
