We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join CXone, our fully integrated open cloud customer experience platform. In this role, youll have the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven customer engagement products that are actively used by thousands of customers around the world.
Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering enterprise-grade AI capabilities, including generative UI, agentic AI, LLMs and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)

Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience as a backend or full-stack engineer (Java / Node preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS microservices, including tools like Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lambda.
Deep understanding and practical experience in AI technologies, including agentic AI and large language models (LLMs).
Proven success in building and maintaining enterprise products that serve active customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and a critical, logical approach to technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-first mindset.
