As a Sr. Manager of AI Security, youll be responsible for overseeing a team that performs release validation security testing and ad hoc security consulting and advisory for AI system development. This will require experience building business processes within software release lifecycles and a strong understanding of AI/ML vulnerability assessment methodology. Coordinating team activities will require deep-dive knowledge of AI/ML concepts and vulnerabilities that affect training large language models (LLM), AI system development, and agentic AI / RAG functionality.

Lead a team of experienced AI/ML security professionals focused on defining and conducting security testing and vulnerability assessments for AI systems, particularly those utilizing large language models (LLMs).
Collaborate with AI developers to integrate security activities into the development lifecycle.
Guide the development and implementation of security benchmarks and evaluation protocols for LLMs.
Work closely with release management teams to help mature validation and sign-off processes
Requirements: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
5-8 years of experience leading AI product security or security development team(s), with an emphasis on scoping and overseeing delivery of AI security practices.
Knowledge of current academic work in adversarial attacks of LLMs such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, and OWASP LLM Top 10 vulnerabilities.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to AI and data security.
Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral communication) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience building project plans, goal setting, managing deadlines, and monitoring project progress.
An analytical mind for problem solving, abstract thought, and offensive security tactics.
Understanding of probability theory, linear algebra and calculus recommended.
Postgraduate degree and/or related certifications in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence. PhD or Masters in AI/ML preferred.
