A leading defense-tech company with a top-tier technological division is seeking a Senior Technical Project Leader for a key role involving leadership of complex technological projects, management of multi-disciplinary teams, and direct interaction with strategic clients.
Role Responsibilities:
End-to-end leadership of cross-organizational projects planning, development, management, and implementation
Managing and leading large-scale teams across various technological domains (development, infrastructure, cyber, data, and more)
Hands-on involvement when needed, with deep understanding of architecture and full technology stack
Direct interface with strategic clients understanding needs, presenting solutions, and leading project execution
Crafting end-to-end technological solutions with a strong system -wide perspective
Responsibility for meeting timelines, budgets, and deli
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in software development / IT, including at least 3 years in leading projects and teams
Broad technological knowledge cloud platforms, cybersecurity, DevOps, software, infrastructure, etc.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams ( Full Stack, backend, Cloud, Infra, etc.)
Strong hands-on capabilities and deep understanding of complex system architecture
Significant experience working with clients requirements gathering, expectation management, and presentations
Background in defense companies or classified projects a strong advantage
Strategic, systemic, and technological thinking
High-level English written and spoken
