WHAT YOULL DO
Collect and maintain accurate employee data from various HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
Analyze HR data related to recruitment, workforce planning, turnover, compensation, benefits, and performance.
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to track key HR performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
Manage and analyze employee leveling data to ensure consistent application of job leveling across the organization.
Provide insights into compensation trends, including global market analysis, benchmarking, and support during annual merit cycles.

About the Position

Gain a deep understanding of Sisenses cloud environments, product, and architecture.
Learn about key stakeholders' roles in cloud operations, procurement, and finance.
Get familiar with Sisense's procurement process and software vendor landscape.
Review existing cost management and FinOps tools to understand how costs are tracked and optimized.
Participate in FinOps meetings to understand current projects, challenges, and cost initiatives.
Begin reviewing existing cloud spend reports and vendor agreements to analyze spending patterns.
By Day 60 Diving into Cost Analysis & Optimization

Start conducting detailed cloud cost analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and potential areas for optimization.
Identify rightsizing, reservation, and cost reduction opportunities across multiple cloud providers.
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to recommend and implement cloud cost optimization strategies.
Begin contributing to FinOps projects, such as improving internal cost dashboards and cloud spend forecasting models.
Develop an understanding of vendor utilization and business impact, working with owners to assess spending efficiency.
By Day 90 Adding Value Through Vendor Management & Strategic Planning

Take an active role in vendor cost management, evaluating ROI and usage trends to support long-term decision-making.
Assist in developing budget forecasts for cloud costs and software expenses, working with Finance and leadership.
Propose long-term cost optimization strategies, including contract adjustments, pricing negotiations, and vendor consolidation.
Establish ongoing review processes for cloud costs, vendor spend, and budget alignment to support Sisense's financial objectives.

The position is to be part of our Algo-Routing product team, responsible for our research on a wide variety of topics, providing data insights, helping drive optimization of the product and user experience. We are looking for a Risk Analyst to help us build, design, and manage risk analytics & reporting for our existing portfolio of merchants across all operating countries. Youll be responsible for developing, publishing, and fine-tuning the analytics and reporting requirements for our Global business for the Risk team.
The role requires strong Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Visualization skills and the ability to explain complex situations and concepts through data-driven storytelling.
This role also has scope for building risk models for our existing portfolio of merchants to mitigate the existing financial risk. Modelers will be taking the responsibility of defining the problem statement, building the solution, and offering an optimal strategic approach to implement the solution within the existing ecosystem and showcase value addition.
The role will require coordination with teams within Risk and across and managing senior stakeholders within the Risk function. You will need to work with Risk team members to understand their analytics and reporting requirements and build the same. You will be a key member of the team working in a fast-paced environment on impactful assignments with the exposure to work directly with senior management across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Own (Build and maintain) the Risk reporting area for the Global Risk team and publish reports aligning with the requirement timeline
