Responsibility:
Generalist marketing: Build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Get marketing done: Work at a fast pace across multiple projects, from research and positioning to strategy development, messaging, content creation, execution, and performance measurement.
Email marketing strategy: Design, build, and optimize a full email marketing strategy to maximize key results at every stage of the funnel.
Drive performance marketing: Own customer acquisition efforts, manage external stakeholders, optimize budgets, and execute successful demand-generation campaigns.
Content creation: Support the development of blogs, thought leadership, industry insights, and website content that engage and educate our audience.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure best-in-class messaging, content, and training.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of generalist marketing experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or Product Marketer, preferably in a fast-growing B2B startup targeting the US market.
A builder who has launched marketing initiatives from scratch, pivoted based on insights, and executed at a high velocity.
A creator at heart with familiarity in video production or graphic design, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
