The Solutions Engineer role in the Customer org is a unique hybrid of engineering, consulting and customer-facing responsibilities. It requires an understanding of our clients marketing goals and tailoring solutions to achieve those goals.

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for advising on efficiently integrating our products with our client's internal systems and 3rd parties systems. He/She will be responsible for interacting with clients partners, and internal teams including Customer Success, Data Science, Professional Services, Product and R&D to ensure that clients have the solutions needed to successfully work with the company`s platform.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented with a hands-on approach, tech-savvy, and organized. They possess excellent communication and customer-facing skills and have a passion for excellence, innovation, and success. They thrive on investigating and troubleshooting technical issues, using their problem-solving abilities to find solutions.

This is not a behind the scenes role. Once trained on the company`s platform and tools, the Customer Solutions Engineer will quickly start working directly on client projects and collaborating with our cross-functional teams, leveraging the teams best practices.

Responsibilities:
Analyze current technologies used within the company to provide optimal solutions based on the client's needs.
Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments.
Work closely with internal team (Product, R&D) to design the solution based on requirements.
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of implementations.
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
Analyze, debug, troubleshoot and proactively drive forward solutions.
Master our products and technologies in the domain of data integration, real-time event streaming and cloud solutions.
Be the technical focal point for the entire Customer Success org.
Lead calls with clients to understand their technical and business needs.
Work with our partners to analyze, define, and own the tech integrations to serve multiple clients.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering (including requirements, planning, configuration/set-up, deployment, testing, monitoring and troubleshooting).
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Computer Science or related field or relevant hands-on technical experience.
Fluent English speaker (verbal and written).
Strong attention to details and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
Technologies fascinate you you must be familiar with software technologies (such as web and mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript).

What you'll be doing:

Deliver remote and in-person technical training related to our AI Infrastructure solutions

Develop high-quality hands-on workshops and e-learning training for our customers, partners and end-users, as an integral member of the Education Services content development team.

Partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) from us and industry-leading organizations to draft training proposals aligned with key market segments and developer audience.

Creating lab-based training that includes compelling diagrams, explanatory videos, interactive hands-on exercises/assessments to leverage our solutions by collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to help them solve real-world problems.

Collaborating with SMEs to integrate key features of our solutions into compelling, project-based learning experiences.

Developing instructor delivery notes, certification criteria and assessment materials.

Participating in internal test-flights and dry-run deliveries to ensure high-quality training material and that instructors are prepared to consistently deliver high-quality an exceptional learning experience.

Engage with regional teams to support training localization and deployment.

Actively seeking feedback from instructors, students, and industry partners to up-level the training.

Peer-reviewing, copy editing and providing feedback on training developed by other members of the team.

Requirements:
What we need to see:

Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent experience.

5 years of professional experience and 2+ years technical experience with data center related technologies such as Linux servers administration, networking, virtualization, storage, AI, ML/DL, accelerated computing, or data science.

Proven Linux admin, Bash/Python scripting, installing VMs, and storage arrays.

Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills (sample requested).

Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of a matrixed organization.

Prior success balancing multiple projects in parallel.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Background in building in-depth hands-on and virtual training for technical audience.

Proven experience in configuring L2/L3 networking protocols such as BGP, LAG, MLAG and VxLAN.

Experience presenting high-quality training workshops to professional technical audience.

Familiarity with IT datacenter design, optimization and management.

MS degree in computer science/engineering or related domain science.

To achieve those ends the team employs classic algorithms, data analysis, machine learning and generative AI.

You will be joining a team of highly professional and innovative engineers and scientists that are driven by passion for the domain and the mission of the company. Your Impact:
Research, design and implement new detection algorithms for web accessibility issues and improve existing ones.
Ensure all research is well documented and reproducible.
Build and enhance tools that enable data collection, labeling and analysis at scale for research purposes.
Integrate new models and algorithms into existing products.
Build interfaces for projects in the POC phase to enable demonstration and the collection of feedback from internal users and select design partners.

Were based in Tel Aviv, 5 minutes from Hashalom train station, and Yehudit light train station, and we have our own parking lot. We work in a hybrid mode, with flexible working hours.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in modern web-scale runtimes/languages, specifically Node (Typescript/JavaScript).
Ability to write and reason about clean and modular code.
Experience with front-end web development including component development - advantage.
Experience with accessibility - advantage.
Experience working with data science/research/AI teams - advantage.
BA / BSc in computer science or a quantitative field (Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Biology / Physics / Chemistry) or an equivalent experience.
