In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead the design and technical development of full-stack features, with a focus on backend development (Javascript/Typescript) and front-end (React).
Build and own new features in our core product, driving real impact and ensuring deliverables are completed from planning through to production.
Ensure the production of high-quality code that is readable, testable, and maintainable.
Design scalable and efficient software components that perform smoothly under load.
Proactively raise potential issues and propose solutions to both technical and business challenges.
Identify areas that can benefit from re-architecture to support future scalability and proactively drive the necessary improvements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to developers, helping them grow their skills in coding, testing strategies, and best practices to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

As a Senior Software Architect, you will play a critical role in defining, maintaining, and visualizing system architecture while ensuring seamless interaction between its components. You will work closely with product managers, project managers, and business teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights - and vice versa. You will collaborate with and influence hundreds of engineers across multiple disciplines - backend, frontend, mobile, algorithms, and cloud infrastructure - driving architectural excellence and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions. Guide and Mentor Engineers - Influence and support dozens (or even hundreds) of engineers by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical roadblocks, and fostering a culture of innovation.
