This role will take active part in crafting high-quality training content including, hands-on workshops, instructor-led and e-learning courses, for our partners, customers and end-users. The work involves collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to develop training, focusing on how to design, deploy, configure, optimize and manage accelerated computing solutions across a wide range of workloads such as AI, ML/DL, data science, and high performance computing.

What you'll be doing:

Deliver remote and in-person technical training related to our AI Infrastructure solutions

Develop high-quality hands-on workshops and e-learning training for our customers, partners and end-users, as an integral member of the Education Services content development team.

Partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) from us and industry-leading organizations to draft training proposals aligned with key market segments and developer audience.

Creating lab-based training that includes compelling diagrams, explanatory videos, interactive hands-on exercises/assessments to leverage our solutions by collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to help them solve real-world problems.

Collaborating with SMEs to integrate key features of our solutions into compelling, project-based learning experiences.

Developing instructor delivery notes, certification criteria and assessment materials.

Participating in internal test-flights and dry-run deliveries to ensure high-quality training material and that instructors are prepared to consistently deliver high-quality an exceptional learning experience.

Engage with regional teams to support training localization and deployment.

Actively seeking feedback from instructors, students, and industry partners to up-level the training.

Peer-reviewing, copy editing and providing feedback on training developed by other members of the team.

What will you be doing:

Our networking architecture group is seeking for a highly skilled, leading engineer to explore, and define the Physical layer of our products. As a lead engineer, you'll be responsible to define and drive features and have responsibility on the Physical layer architecture. The role will include definition of both the hardware features and the firmware/software that is involved in operating the physical layer communication, with emphasis on the former. We are searching for hardworking, enthusiastic, engineer which has both highly technical skills as well as good personal skills, in order to be able to lead cross groups activities.

What you will be doing:

Lead projects across team, starting from processing requirements and definitions from customers and translating those into detailed technical specification for firmware architecture, system embedded software, user interface and high-level design.

Supervise the implementation of projects by team-leaders / developers / QA, participate in low level design reviews, QA test plans reviews, and keep track of changes and handle obstacles.

Define the architecture of implementing physical layer standards into our ASIC devices.

Involved in standard bodies activities and definition of next generation protocols.

Define features for the phy layer, to exploit interoperability between different generations of communication.

Be involved in product definition and the high-speed protocols that the networking devices will support.

Work closely with multi-functional teams - design, backend, system, marketing, firmware, driver, etc. Provide architecture definitions and as a result converge on key design decisions.
