We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead the Development Department at EPR, a subsidiary. EPR specializes in developing systems in the fields of collections, welfare, and accounting for the municipal sector.
We are looking for a Development Manager with strategic thinking, broad vision, advanced management skills, and the ability to lead software migration processes and promote technological innovation.
Responsibilities:
Lead a department consisting of four teams (approximately 15 developers).
Provide technological and strategic leadership for development processes.
Lead advanced solutions for a product that serves hundreds of clients and thousands of users.
Manage complex projects using advanced technologies, with agile development methodologies.
Build technological strategies and annual work plans.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in managing development teams or technological groups (at least four teams).
Hands-on experience in development using.NET technologies (including advanced versions) and VB.NET/VB6.
Experience in developing SAAS-based software products that serve hundreds of clients and thousands of users.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
Experience in development with SQL Server: queries, optimization, and database design.
Experience with agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban).
