Requirements: 5 years of proven experience in analysis, specification, requirement writing, and development support for tactical situational awareness and military command & control (C4I) systems, with an emphasis on software development.
Experience working with basic algorithms for situational awareness based on sensor reports, tracking, and prediction algorithms.
Proven experience with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) in situational awareness and C4I systems.
Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Matlab).
Excellent written technical English (reading and writing).
Advantages:
Academic degree in Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Electronics Engineering.
Familiarity with relevant sensors (Radar, ESM, Electro-optical sensors, etc.).
Experience with optimization algorithms (e.g., resource allocation) in C4I systems.
Experience with combat management algorithms interception calculations, optimal path computation, optimal asset deployment planning, etc.
Knowledge of tactical combat networks such as Link-16.
Good understanding of modern operating systems MS Windows, Unix/Linux.
Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++/C#, Java, Python, Go, etc.).
Proven experience with requirement definition and maintenance tools (RequisitePro, DOORS, etc.).
Military service in combat units.
