Being part of the Unified Analyst Experiences Product team means that you will directly impact SOC Analysts, Threat Hunters, Security Administrators, and Incident Responders worldwide who use Singularity Data Lake to effectively triage, investigate, and respond to cyber threats. In this specific role, you will lead the zero-to-one launch of new capabilities that increase the productivity of security teams. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and launch for all capabilities related to analyst experiences. This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with leaders, engineering, sales, marketing, peers in product management, and most importantly, customers.
What will you do?
Define the minimum remarkable product (MRP) for capabilities related to analyst experiences, including SOC workflows, that are needed to delight customers and exceed their expectations.
Establish priorities for what features we should build, when we should build them, and why.
Write requirements documents defining the customer value proposition and customer experience.
Manage the release, features, workflows, and its pricing, and packaging.
Coordinate go-to-market efforts, documentation, and associated enablement in collaboration with product marketing, documentation, sales, and sales engineering.
Support product marketing efforts with inputs on content and marketing strategy.
Engage cross-functionally with customers, partners, sales engineers, and solution architects to collect requirements and build trust.
Develop an understanding of multiple customer profiles by speaking frequently with customers and prospects.
Assess the competitive landscape and how stacks up against competitors.
Analyze usage trends associated with the product and features and make data-driven decisions based on the analysis.
Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience on progressively complex security products
Expert knowledge of the threat landscape, specifically of real-world attack vectors
Expert knowledge of threat detection response (TDR) solutions such as EDR, ITDR XDR, SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, etc.
Ability to be comfortable navigating through ambiguity
Ability to be comfortable making decisions off shifting data, with authority and conviction
Ability to be comfortable taking feedback and pivoting when needed, without doubt
Excellent problem-solving and exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills capability to explain complex requirements in simple words to all levels of audiences
Experience working with large enterprises, understanding their needs and abilities in deploying new software
Experience with SaaS model / cloud-based security systems is a plus
Excellent knowledge of competitive product landscape and features
Essential ability to distinguish between hype and reality
Prior experience working with globally distributed teams is highly desirable
Focus on innovation the ability to understand disruptive solutions where no precedence exists!
Prior experience in software development and a good understanding of software engineering methodologies is a big plus.
Prior experience developing use cases using AI and ML technologies is a big plus.
