Required Health Tech Sector Lead - Maternity leave replacement
Location: Tel-Aviv/Hybrid
Responsibilities:
The position is made up of 3 main pillars:
1.Relationship building: Manage our relationships with key players, including VCs and MNCs operating in Israel, and proactively engage with them to provide value to the sector. In this capacity the sector lead will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Press, Marketing, Global Partnerships, Product and Human Capital) to achieve projected impact.
2.Deep sector knowledge: Challenges, trends, numbers/data, key players, prominent startups, and their needs
3.Design, plan and execute sector workplan and roadmap leveraging deep knowledge of the sector and our capacities. The sector lead is required to translate sector-specific challenges into actionable projects, from ideation and design to effective execution.
Requirements: A minimum of 8 years experience working in the healthcare field in any form (Business development, project management, technology, finance, etc.).
High-level English communication and presentation skills.
Deep relationships with the Israeli Health Tech ecosystem (startups, HMOs, local MNCs and more).
Entrepreneurial experience in healthcare (advantageous).
Academic degree in any Life Sciences domain (advantageous).
This is an independent self-starting position, meant for a creative person who thinks out of the box.

Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, projects, and relationships.
Problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done in a matrix environment.
