Perform research on advertising algorithms and provide suggestions for applying them in the product data logic
Enhance the products statistical significance by developing and improving our scoring methodology to improve our automatic opportunity recommendations engine
Research data to validate the potential of initiatives while working closely with our data scientists and engineers to translate them into production code
Check the data feasibility of product managers initiatives
Produce scalable semi/fully automated queries to extract the needed value points for the product or other client deliverables
Apply critical thinking in evaluating the analytical outputs and surface gaps.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain the companys central data platform.
Own the data architecture: ETL, Pipelines, Databases, Data integrations, and more.
Continuously maintain a healthy and up-to-date data tech stack, guaranteeing scalability and robustness.
Understand the organization's data needs and provide solutions to other data stakeholders, such as data analysts, engineers and product managers.
Produce state-of-the-art data engineering development methodologies, including code reviews, monitoring, tests (unit, component), infra as code, ci/cd, and more.
Provide expert-level technical leadership and mentoring to the team.
Collaborate with Analysts and Business Stakeholders on data requirements and functional specifications.
Establish data infrastructure for the Data Science team.

Optimization and maximization users monetization
Monitoring, analysis and recommendations on the marketing KPI performance
Data mining, pattern recognition & correlation analysis and insight generation
Definition, measurement and evaluation of AB test
Provide actionable recommendations from game data to shape features, game economy, and future product roadmaps
Be involved in building automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide understanding of business KPIs
