Responsibilities::
Manage the QA Automation Team ensuring they have the technical skills, commitment, procedures and tools.? Design and develop QA methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient automation across projects. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to management? Train, mentor and lead the professional growth for team members on Quality Assurance procedures? Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues? Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers in charge of all aspects of Evinced quality assurance - manual, test automation & performance, including mentoring, training, and task assignment.
This role is hands-on, with at least 50% direct participation in QA activity.

We are looking for a top-notch Sr software automation engineer to drive our test efforts across the company. As our engineer you will be in charge of, first and foremost, product quality, design and plan required quality assurance tests, you will develop automation tests and needed infrastructure together with deployment to all known cloud providers using python, and working closely with a development team to address issues that were discovered.
