This includes a broad range of legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and letters, corporate matters and public filings, and additional projects. Requirements:
* A Law student from leading universities and colleges
* Organized, thorough, meticulous and detail-oriented
* Has excellent research and writing skills and excellent English
* Ranked in the upper quarter of class (25%)
* A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
