We are looking for Technical Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineer Team at Aura. We are looking for someone with great technical skills and passion for innovation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the big Telecom operators and OEMs in the world as well as bring a meaningful impact to the services and products of Aura.
What you'll be doing:
Handling product integration and technical ownership
Investigating technical issues root cause and offering a solution
Handling technical internal processes and operations
Troubleshooting and analyzing production level performance
Working closely with R&D, Product Teams and Account Management.
Requirements:
BCS in Computer Science / Industrial Management or equivalent
Passion for technology and innovation
Proven strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and applications flows, deep dive into sophisticated problems & find their root cause
High level of English written and verbal communication skills
Problem solver with ability to work well under pressure
You might also have:
SQL
Self Lerner with great troubleshooting skills
Great interpersonal skills.
