As a Lab Technician, you will have the chance to actively contribute to our innovation endeavors through biochemical profiling and measurements of an extensive array of novel plant-based proteins. Your primary responsibilities will involve adhering to established lab protocols with great attention to detail and maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
Conduct High-throughput biochemistry lab assays such as protein composition, volatiles composition, and more.
Manage and record experimental data using laboratory information management system (LIMS).
Collaborate with other R&D laboratories on joint projects.
Requirements: What will you bring?
Bachelor's degree in Life Science /Biochemistry/ Food Science - mandatory.
Minimum one year of experience working in a laboratory mandatory.
Experience from an alternative plant protein company or relevant academic lab advantage.
Working with LIMS software- Advantage.
Working in a GLP environment - advantage.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

This is a full-time position based in Givat-Brenner, Israel. Reliable transportation is required.
