Mechanical design and drafting of fixtures/products for the defense industry
Supporting assembly and manufacturing processes on the production floor
Transitioning products from development to manufacturing in the electronic enclosures field
Identifying solutions and troubleshooting issues
Implementing engineering changes to improve processes (ECO)
Correcting and preparing drawings, creating models, and making design modifications
Designing production tools such as jigs
Designing products based on customer requirements (per SOW)
Preparing production and product documentation, including BOMs, tools, assembly instructions, and TEST instructions

Requirements: Mechanical Engineer or Practical Mechanical Engineer
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in manufacturing engineering, including performing layouts
Full proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office mandatory
Familiarity with Priority software advantage
Experience with CAD/CAM systems such as CncKad, MasterCam, TruTops advantage
Strong technical orientation, background in machinery, and knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
Proactive, with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a multi-interface, multitasking environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
