WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
- Managing the company's KPIs
- Risk management processes in achieving company goals
- Budget management
- ROI calculation
- Managing the company's Pipeline
- Clients onboarding process management
- Report generation and analysis using Excel
- Projects documentation
- Project implementation control to meet deadlines
- Development and implementation of processes and methods in project management and KPIs
processes.
- Management of customers billing and budget control
