Join our team in Haifa as an Office Manager
Your Tasks
-Front desk, reception, handling of mail
-Procurement and stock management of office, kitchen and hospitality supplies
-Meeting coordination and internal events, incl. organization, preparation, follow-up
-Travel organization (booking of flights, accommodation, etc.)
-Support with travel expenses in coordination with our accounting department
-Assistance with administrative and documentation tasks
-Communication and coordination with customers, auditors and cooperation partners in Israel and abroad
-Support in processing inquiries and offers
Requirements: -Completed commercial or administrative training or equivalent professional experience in office management
-Strong organizational skills and independent, accurate working style
-High level of reliability, sense of responsibility and service orientation
-Confident handling of MS Office applications
-Excellent English and Hebrew language skills; German language skills are an advantage
-Team player with strong communication and coordination abilities
