We are looking for an experienced Regional Marcom Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is strategic and highly organized, with a dynamic and wide Hands-on skillset across various domains.
Mission:
To provide marcom expertise and support to our subsidiaries and other internal partners, applying market driven approach and solutions orientation. Bridging between regional markets goals and corporate strategy and policy and strengthen brand visibility and awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Regional/markets annual plans - creating, implementing, managing and executing.
* Creating budget + follow-up, maintaining.
* Maintaining brand language & strengthening brand visibility, awareness and consistency.
* Increasing knowledge of markets (fresh chain/products/processes).
* Advice on and create new promo materials and actions - based upon the strategy.
* Responsibility for web.
Requirements:
* Education - a relevant degree.
* Extensive experience in Marketing communication in a multinational organization with an emphasis on digital marketing communications strategies and services a must!
* Extensive knowledge and experience in digital marketing tools such as:
- Google AdWords and Analytics.
- Facebook platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
- Other social media channels - LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok.
- WordPress CMS.
- E-mail marketing.
* Excellent writing and editing experience and operation of social media channels.
* Excellent Computer skills - Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Proficient in English and Hebrew.

* Ability to lead tasks and projects, engage others and work under tight schedules in a dynamic environment.
