Responsibilities
Manage ongoing communication with suppliers, including issuing purchase orders and monitoring their fulfillment.
Perform receipt of goods in the system and manage the inventory receiving process - no physical warehouse work involved.
Receive, process, and manage customer orders.
Track orders, shipments, and ongoing logistics processes.
Work closely with the local accounting team.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
Handle various operational and administrative tasks as required.
