Partake builds F-PaaS, a platform that manages the full credit lifecycle, from loan application
to loan closure. Non-bank lenders in Israel use it to run mortgages, business loans, project
finance and consumer credit. Our team works from Israel and Bulgaria.
We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager to take our clients from contract signing to
confident, everyday use of the platform, and to shape the way we implement it.
What you'll do
• Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of lending clients and spot opportunities
to expand the account
• Run discovery with each client, map their credit processes (application, underwriting,
collateral, loan servicing, borrower portal) and translate them into system requirements
and configuration
• Lead onboarding and product setup: implementation plans, milestones, risks and
dependencies, through go-live and stabilization
• Plan and run data migrations for new clients: data mapping, pilot, validation and cutover
• Build the methodology behind our discovery, onboarding and product setup process, and
keep improving it
• Consolidate requirements across all clients and plan the content of Salesforce releases
together with Product
• Work closely with Product, R&D, QA and Support, and set priorities with the client when
demands compete
• Track contract milestones and retainer usage, and prepare the monthly billing for
approval
Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a similar client-facing delivery or implementation role, including
3+ years managing B2B SaaS projects with clients
• Experience in fintech, credit or mortgage environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a deep understanding of how it works: its data
model, process flows and automation logic, as well as its development and release
processes
• Advantage: experience leading data migrations and working with Jira and Confluence; a
relevant B.A./B.Sc. or PMP certification
