Manage daily operations across onboarding, support, and compliance workflows
Oversee each pipeline stage, ensuring smooth execution
Represent the company in resolving client conflicts and issues
Negotiate deals and sales agreements on behalf of the company
Track and mitigate recalls, chargebacks, and volume-related risks
Assess and document partner and campaign risk profiles
Support brand promotion through social media execution
Supervise remote support and operational teams
Develop SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance in workflows
Collaborate with Legal and IT to resolve technical issues
Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and manage escalations as needed
Requirements: Ideal Candidate
3+ years in crypto, fintech, or regulated payments
Experience in handling high-risk clients or verticals
Knowledge of EU crypto regulation (VASP/EMI experience a plus)
Strong organizational and risk management skills
Proven ability to lead and structure remote-first operational teams
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Fluent in English; EU language a plus
EU-based or aligned with EU working hours
