Ramah Israel seeks a dynamic individual to drive enrollment growth for our Israel-based programs, including Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim (TRY), synagogue trips, and family journeys. You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, serving as the primary liaison with North American Ramah camps to strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage digital presence (website, social media, newsletters).
Create publicity materials and lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with the National Ramah marketing team for brand alignment.
Actively follow up with potential participants to convert leads into enrollment.
Requirements: Requirements:
Native-level English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Driven Professional: Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly detail-oriented.
Proven Experience: Background in sales and recruitment.
Israel Literacy: Deep understanding of Israeli geography, history, society, and educational programming.
Jewish Community Connection: Strong ties to North American Jewry, specifically Ramah and the Conservative Movement.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work irregular hours to accommodate North American time zones.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and webinar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hebrew proficiency.
Previous experience with Ramah programs.
