Accountabilities
Support the Group Ethics Compliance Manager across ethics, compliance effectiveness, and risk-management activities
Manage key compliance programs, including Anti-Bribery, Anti-Fraud, Embezzlement, and Trade Sanctions
Provide daily compliance guidance and respond to regulatory or policy-related inquiries
Identify, assess, and track compliance risks, and support updates driven by regulatory changes
Deliver or support compliance training and collaborate with Risk, Legal, Audit, and data Privacy teams
Requirements: Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Law
13 years of experience as a Compliance Associate
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance governance frameworks
High professional English proficiency; proactive, data -driven team player with strong organizational skills
Practical experience with IT tools (Power BI, AI tools, Python ) an advantage
