Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEOs complex calendar, including scheduling meetings across time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements: flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including board meetings.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and design high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports.
Lead and support special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior management, preferably in a global company.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
