We're looking for a curious, commercially minded person to work directly with our COO and become key to daily operations. This isn't a traditional assistant role - we want the right mindset: curious, eager to learn, ready to take ownership.
You'll be exposed to Operations, Payments, Risk, Legal, Finance, Sales, Client Management, Tech and BD - helping the business move daily by following up across teams and spotting bottlenecks. Long-term, you become a trusted operational partner to the COO.
What You'll Do
Manage daily priorities with the COO, chase departments, track issues, turn meetings into action
Coordinate across Payments, Risk, Legal, Finance, Sales, Tech and BD
Spot bottlenecks, diagnose causes, recommend solutions
Bring improvement ideas: automation, cost reduction, revenue growth
Requirements: What We're Looking For
Not primarily experience - potential. Curious, analytical, fast learner, organized, proactive, persistent, commercially aware, comfortable with numbers and responsibility. A "figure it out" mentality is essential.
Experience Education
Prior experience in ops, finance, fintech or consulting is a plus but not required. Early-career candidates with strong learning ability and ambition welcome. Fluent English required.
