The Role
We are seeking motivated Over-the-Phone Sales Representatives to join our Jerusalem office. You will be speaking with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our programs, guiding them through the registration process, and ensuring they complete their applications.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with qualified leads over the phone.
Present and promote Sachlavs programs (Birthright, Volunteer in Israel, Masa internships).
Handle participant concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Work with our CRM to manage leads and track pro
Requirements: Native-level English (must be fluent and comfortable on the phone).
Previous sales or telesales experience preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Available to work American hours (3 PM 11 PM Israel time).
Must be based in Jerusalem and available to work on-site only.
