Ramdor, part of Top Group, develops a cloud-based platform for managing complex construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. The platform supports hundreds of projects and hundreds of thousands of users across safety, quality, scheduling, document management, budget control, business processes and field operations.
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and manage core product domains within a complex B2B platform, from identifying customer needs through launch, measurement and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
-Own multiple product domains, including roadmap planning, prioritization and day-to-day product decisions
-Lead product initiatives from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement and iteration
-Collaborate closely with engineering, UX / UI and business teams
-Develop a deep understanding of users, business proces
Requirements: -2- 4 years of Product Management experience in a B2B software environment
-Proven experience leading products or features from concept to launch
-Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
-Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations and data models
-Analytical mindset and experience making data -driven product decisions
-Experience working with AI-powered tools or products, including a practical understanding of their capabilities and limitations
-Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous challenges
-Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English
B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
