Ramdor, part of Top Group, develops a cloud-based platform for managing complex construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. The platform supports hundreds of projects and hundreds of thousands of users across safety, quality, scheduling, document management, budget control, business processes and field operations.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and manage core product domains within a complex B2B platform, from identifying customer needs through launch, measurement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
-Own multiple product domains, including roadmap planning, prioritization and day-to-day product decisions
-Lead product initiatives from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement and iteration
-Collaborate closely with engineering, UX / UI and business teams
-Develop a deep understanding of users, business proces

The role combines sales operations, contract and renewal management, CRM data governance, and close collaboration with the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams.

Manage and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and contract data throughout the sales lifecycle
Support sales operations processes, including deal management, order forms, renewals, and contract administration
Manage the customer renewal process by tracking timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution
Prepare and coordinate customer agreements, internal approvals, and electronic signatures
Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with established processes
Coordinate and submit RFP responses based on existing customer requirements
Provide operational and administrative support throughout the customer onboarding process
